Thank you for choosing InterviewPrep EDU for your learning and career advancement. We are committed to delivering high-quality training, mentorship, and placement support. Kindly read this policy carefully before enrolling, as it governs all enrollments, payments, refunds, and cancellations.

1. General Refund Policy

All course fees once paid are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under normal circumstances.

Once a learner is enrolled and granted access to:

  • Live training sessions
  • LMS (Learning Management System)
  • Course content, recordings, or study materials
  • Mentorship or placement resources

No cancellation, transfer, or refund request will be accepted.

This is because resources, trainer schedules, system access, and support services are allocated from the first day of enrollment.

2. Pre-Activation Admission Cancellation

If a student wishes to cancel enrollment before course activation and before access to any learning system:

  • A cancellation request must be sent via email to support@interviewprepedu.com
  • Registration / booking amount remains strictly non-refundable
  • Any remaining paid tuition (if applicable) may be evaluated at the sole discretion of InterviewPrep EDU

Once access is provided, this option becomes invalid.

3. Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For

Refunds are not applicable under any of the following conditions:

  • Change of mind or personal reasons
  • Job change, workload, exams, or time constraints
  • Device issues, software problems, or internet failures at the student’s end
  • Non-attendance of live classes
  • Failure to utilize LMS, recordings, or learning resources
  • Requests raised after learning material or login access is provided
  • Partial participation or discontinuation
  • Partial payment completed with refund request
  • Violation of code of conduct or academic integrity

4. EMI / Installment Policy

For students opting for EMI or installment payment options:

  • All EMIs must be paid strictly on time
  • Delay or default may result in:
    • Suspension of LMS access
    • Withholding of certificates
    • Blocking of placement support
  • No refunds are applicable on EMI or installment-based enrollments
  • Any interest, processing fee, or third-party charges are non-refundable

5. Program / Batch / Course Switch Policy

  • Program switching is subject to management approval only
  • Administrative or upgrade charges may apply
  • Fees already paid cannot be transferred or refunded
  • Switching does not reset refund eligibility or placement eligibility

6. Exceptional Refund Situations (Limited & Verified)

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare situations:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Verified technical payment failure or gateway error

In such cases:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after successful verification
  • Processing fees, taxes, or third-party charges may be deducted

This does not apply to dissatisfaction, performance issues, or academic progress.

7. Cancellation by InterviewPrep EDU

In the extremely rare event that InterviewPrep EDU cancels a program or batch, students will have the option of:

  • Full refund of the tuition fee, OR
  • Free transfer to another batch or program

The final decision will rest with InterviewPrep EDU management.

8. Placement Assurance & Conditional Refund Clause (Worst-Case Scenario)

At InterviewPrep EDU, our goal is placement support and career transformation, not guaranteed employment.

However, in the extremely rare situation and worst-case scenario where:

  • A student has:
    • Completed the entire program
    • Maintained required attendance
    • Completed all assignments, projects, and assessments
    • Actively participated in interviews as scheduled
    • Followed all placement guidance and eligibility rules

And yet does NOT receive placement opportunities within the promised tenure, only then:

  • A refund of the paid tuition fee may be initiated
  • Registration/booking amount is strictly non-refundable
  • EMI interest, processing fees, and third-party charges are non-refundable

This refund:

  • Is conditional
  • Requires documented proof of compliance
  • Is subject to internal verification and final management approval
  • Will be processed within 30–45 working days after official approval

This clause applies only to programs explicitly marketed with structured placement support and not to self-paced or certification-only courses.

9. Policy Acceptance

  • You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy
  • You accept all terms related to fees, refunds, placement support, and cancellations
  • No verbal assurances override this written policy
