A simple way to get started
Every learning journey is different, so your admissions advisor will take you through the program fee, included benefits and available payment options. You will receive a written enrollment summary that brings the agreed details together in one place, making it easy to choose the plan that works best for you.
1. Your program investment
Program fees reflect the learning format, duration, mentorship, projects and career support included in your chosen path. Your personalised fee summary brings the important details together, including:
- The base program fee and applicable taxes.
- The total amount payable, not only an instalment amount.
- The booking or enrollment amount, if any.
- Due dates and amounts for every instalment.
- Included classes, mentorship, tools, credentials and support.
- Any separately chargeable examination or third-party service.
- The validity period of a scholarship, discount or limited offer.
Promotional prices and scholarships may be available for a limited time. Your written enrollment summary confirms the offer reserved for you and is the best reference for your final plan.
2. Flexible ways to pay
Depending on the program, you may be able to pay by card, UPI, bank transfer, an authorised payment gateway or an approved instalment or financing partner. Your admissions advisor can help you understand which available option best fits your preferred payment schedule.
For your security, use only payment details or links confirmed by Interview Prep. A receipt or invoice is shared after a successful transaction so your enrollment records stay organised.
3. Taxes and third-party charges
Applicable taxes will be shown separately or identified as included in the total. Your bank, card issuer or finance provider may independently charge processing, interest, late-payment, conversion or convenience fees. Those third-party charges are governed by your agreement with that provider and are not automatically refundable by Interview Prep.
4. Instalments and financing
An instalment plan divides the program fee; it does not make each class a separate purchase. Unless the written plan says otherwise, leaving the program does not automatically cancel amounts already due for services delivered or financing obligations owed to a third-party lender.
Financing approval, interest, credit checks and repayment decisions are made by the finance provider. Review that provider's agreement before accepting the plan. Missed payments may result in service suspension and consequences under the finance agreement.
5. Failed, duplicate or incorrect payments
If money is debited but enrollment is not confirmed, or if the same transaction is charged twice, email support with your name, program, amount, date, transaction reference and proof of payment. After verification, a confirmed duplicate or failed-payment reversal will be sent to the original payment method, subject to bank or gateway timelines.
6. Our 30-day confidence period
We want committed learners to begin with confidence. Eligible learners can experience the program during a 30-day period and, where the policy requirements are met, request a money-back review. The period begins on the official batch start date or when educational services first begin, whichever is earlier.
The review is designed for learners who participate sincerely in the complete early learning experience. Eligibility is therefore assessed using the engagement conditions outlined below, alongside any rights available under applicable consumer law.
7. Staying eligible during the first 30 days
The best way to evaluate a program is to participate fully. To remain eligible for the 30-day money-back review, learners are expected to:
- Maintain 100% attendance at all mandatory classes, workshops, mentoring calls, assessments and scheduled academic activities during the eligibility period.
- Complete and submit every required assignment, project, assessment and item of coursework within the communicated deadline.
- Participate actively and in good faith across live sessions, mentorship, projects and the learning platform.
- Follow the Terms & Conditions, academic-integrity requirements and community standards.
- Remain in the original program and batch. A voluntary transfer, program switch or deferment can end eligibility unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
An educational extension or accommodation does not automatically extend refund eligibility. Any exception must be expressly confirmed in writing.
8. Requesting a review
If you complete the confidence period and would still like us to review your enrollment, email support@interviewprepedu.com. Requests are accepted after the 30-day eligibility period and during the next 3 calendar days, including weekends and public holidays. Our team will guide you through any additional information needed.
Include all of the following:
- Full name, registered email and phone number.
- Enrollment ID, program name, batch and enrollment date.
- Payment method, amount and transaction reference.
- A clear reason for the request.
- Any supporting or verification document reasonably requested.
An incomplete request may pause review until the required information is received.
9. Review and processing timeline
We may verify attendance, submissions, learning-platform activity, communications, conduct and payment records. We aim to send a written eligibility decision within 10 business days after receiving all required information.
If approved, the refund will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. Processing can take up to 45 business days after approval because of verification, banking, payment-gateway or financing timelines. A refund is considered processed when it has been released from our side; the receiving institution may take additional time to display it.
10. Understanding the scope of the review
The confidence period is built for learners who actively experience the program and follow the review process. It may not cover situations where:
- The request is outside the stated submission window.
- Mandatory attendance or coursework requirements were not met.
- Participation records show substantial non-participation.
- The learner voluntarily transferred, deferred or changed programs.
- Access ended because of misconduct or a serious policy breach.
- Information supplied for enrollment or review is false or misleading.
- Educational materials, access or support were misused.
- The request concerns a non-refundable third-party charge.
These exclusions do not apply where a refund or other remedy is required by law.
11. Changes or cancellation by Interview Prep
If we cancel a program before delivery and cannot provide a reasonable replacement, we will offer an appropriate transfer, credit or refund. If a schedule, mentor or tool changes while the core purchased service remains available, that change does not by itself create an automatic refund right.
12. Payment disputes and chargebacks
Contact support first so we can investigate an unfamiliar charge, service issue or refund status. If a bank or payment dispute is opened, we may provide enrollment, consent, attendance, platform-access, communication and transaction records to the relevant provider. Nothing here prevents you from exercising a lawful payment or consumer right.
13. Exceptional circumstances
We may consider documented exceptional events individually where it is fair and operationally possible. Examples can include a serious medical emergency, natural disaster or other significant event outside the learner's control. Consideration does not guarantee approval and does not limit rights that apply by law.
