1. Agreement and eligibility
By visiting our website, submitting an application, making a payment or accessing a program, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and must provide accurate, complete and current information.
We may reject or cancel an application where information is false, misleading or incomplete, or where enrollment would violate law or program requirements.
2. Program delivery
Depending on the program, services may include:
- Live or recorded instruction and workshops.
- Assignments, assessments, projects and capstones.
- One-to-one or group mentorship and community access.
- Downloadable resources and access to third-party tools.
- Resume, interview and career-support services.
We may reasonably update the curriculum, instructors, schedules, platforms, tools or learning format to maintain relevance and quality. If a material change significantly reduces the purchased service, we will offer a reasonable remedy consistent with the applicable policy and law.
3. Access and accounts
Access duration, cohort dates and included services are stated in your enrollment documents or program page. Access is personal, non-transferable and may not be shared. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity through your account.
4. Fees, taxes and payment plans
The total program price, applicable taxes, payment schedule and included services will be shown in a written fee sheet, enrollment form, invoice or checkout summary before payment, giving you one clear reference for the plan you choose.
Instalment or third-party financing plans may have separate lender terms. Missing an agreed payment can lead to account suspension, withholding of credentials or termination of services. Full pricing, failed-payment and refund rules are explained in our Pricing & Refund Policy.
5. Learner conduct and academic integrity
You must not:
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against or disrupt other people.
- Cheat, plagiarise or misrepresent work or qualifications.
- Share accounts, private community content or assessment answers.
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems, data or sessions.
- Record, resell or commercially exploit program materials.
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
A breach may result in a warning, access restriction, suspension, removal, certificate revocation or legal action. A removal for misconduct does not create an automatic right to a refund.
6. Intellectual property
Program recordings, documents, templates, assessments, code examples, graphics, branding and teaching materials are owned by Interview Prep or its licensors. Enrollment gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use them for personal learning only.
You retain ownership of original portfolio work you create. If we wish to feature identifiable learner work or a testimonial publicly, we will seek the appropriate permission.
7. Attendance and service records
We may keep attendance, platform-access, assignment, assessment, mentoring, interview and communication records. These records help us deliver support, verify participation, assess eligibility for program benefits, investigate misuse and resolve payment or service disputes. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
8. 100% placement
Our 100% placement service includes resume assistance, mock interviews, profile guidance, employer introductions, interview opportunities and continued guidance throughout the placement journey. Program completion and eligibility conditions are communicated for each course.
9. Third-party services
Programs may use third-party learning, communication, assessment, recruitment or financing services. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for interruptions or decisions solely controlled by those providers, but we will use reasonable efforts to support resolution when they affect our service.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access for a serious or repeated breach, unlawful activity, misconduct, security risk, fraud or payment default. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Clauses concerning payment, intellectual property, privacy, liability and disputes survive termination where relevant.
11. Service availability and liability
We use reasonable care in delivering our services but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free third-party tools, a specific learning result or a career outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond our control, such as natural disasters, widespread network or platform outages, public-health emergencies, government restrictions, labour disruption or major cyber incidents. We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and communicate practical alternatives.
13. Complaints and disputes
Please first send the issue and relevant enrollment or transaction details to support@interviewprepedu.com. We will acknowledge and investigate the complaint within a reasonable period. These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law, and courts in New Delhi will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other right available under law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, operational or service changes. The latest version will be posted here with a revised date. Changes do not remove rights already accrued under applicable law or a signed agreement.
